I would like to return my purchase, what do I do?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Comfort Shoe Co you can return your item(s) for a refund of item cost (less any coupons applied to the order) within 30 days of purchase.
Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original shoebox packaging. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), the returns department will contact you and action your request.
Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
You have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund. Please refer to the returns form inside your parcel. Alternatively, please give us a call, chat, or email and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange. Our Customer Service Team is available 10am to 5:00pm AEST Monday-Friday (excluding pubic holidays) and more than happy to help! An exchange also requires a return of the original order within 30 days of purchase date, so feel free to follow the instructions on how to process a return. If your item is returned within 30 days of purchase date and you choose to exchange, we offer complimentary return shipping on your exchange item(s).

What countries do you ship to?
We are an Australian company and all items are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. We do ship internationally! International Customers will have their items shipped from our Melbourne warehouse and the delivery times can take approximately 7 - 21 business days depending on your location. Online tracking is also included. Please note we are not responsible for any duties and taxes levied on products entering your country. Make sure you check with your local government authority prior to purchase.
How do I know my shoe size?
If you are unsure of your shoe size, you can measure your shoe size. Because the foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler can only approximate your true shoe size, so it’s best to use a tape measure or best of all one of your current pairs of shoes to identify your shoe size. Please also keep in mind that manufacturers use different casts to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly. You are also more than welcome to contact us and we can try our best to recommend the correct size for you.
